Children's House to be built -No Charge

(If bought from ourselves)

Building only from a kit -£50 to £200 (Depending on the size)

Wallpaper & Carpet -£15 per room

(Price includes standard wallpaper & carpet)

Wallpaper, Carpet & Mouldings -£30 per room (Price includes standard materials)

Lighting only - £7.50 per room (wire not copper) (Price does not include lights)

All the above - £35 per room

External Decoration - £30 to £50 (Depending on the size) (Price does not include materials)

Renovation

Tidy up of House - £30 to £70 (Depending on condition and size) (Stripping & Cleaning)

External Decoration - £30 to £60

(Depending on condition and size) (Includes Stripping & Cleaning - does not include materials)

Internal Decoration & Lighting - See above for charges plus £5 per room for Stripping & Cleaning

Valuations

We can offer you a current valuation of your property whether it is for personal or insurance purposes. A small charge will be made for documentation purposes.

Sale of Your Old House

We are more than happy to sell your house for you. We will suggest how to sell it (condition) and a reasonable valuation. It will be shown on our website and our blog, when we have room in the shop it will also go on display. (Please note we do not purchase any house or pay out any money until it is sold or paid for in full).
